Day 01 : Arrival at Paro Airport and Transfer to Thimphu
Arrive at Paro Airport, clear customs and immigration, and keep your visa clearance letter handy. Meet your guide and driver outside the terminal and drive to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan. Depart from Thimphu and embark on a scenic drive to Gangtey, traversing through the picturesque valleys and villages of western Bhutan. As you drive through the rolling hills and lush forests, stop en route at the Dochula Pass, offering breathtaking views of the Himalayan mountain range. Continue driving through the scenic valleys, witnessing the traditional Bhutanese way of life, and arrive in Gangtey, a serene glacial valley nestled in the heart of the Himalayas. Continue driving through the scenic valleys, witnessing the traditional Bhutanese way of life, and arrive in Bumthang, a sacred region steeped in history, mythology, and legends.
